HyperStrong International USA Corp. and YOU.ON Energia S.A. announced they have signed a Binding Agreement, executed in late September 2026, to cooperate exclusively in Brazil’s LRCAP 2026 Battery Storage Auctions (Auctions A and B).
For Auction A, YOU.ON has obtained BNDES accreditation and is progressing toward obtaining a CFI ID code for LRCAP 2026 in the upcoming weeks. The agreement, in effect, establishes the first step towards an integrated partnership between the companies, enabling them to jointly pursue new opportunities for large-scale battery energy storage system (BESS) in Brazil.
